(ii) allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions (APP 13).

8. International Transfers

Your Personal Information may be transferred to recipients located in an overseas jurisdiction with data protection laws which are not as robust as Australia's. You consent to Us transferring your Personal Information to those jurisdictions in the knowledge that if your Personal Information is mishandled in those jurisdictions, We disclaim responsibility and you will not have a remedy under Australian law.
